Crude soybean oil is a useful, unrefined product, which in our country is undeservedly relegated to the background. Many people believe that all soy is modified at the genetic level and it is better to refuse its consumption. But this is a mistaken opinion. Soy is as useful and tasty legume product as peas or beans. It contains the strongest immunomodulators and antioxidants, such as tocopherol E1. In 100 grams of unrefined raw soy product there are 114 mg of this substance. In the same amount of olive oil it is only 13 mg, and in sunflower oil 67 mg.
Hydrated and raw soybean oil is a pure, liquid fat, which has no proteins and carbohydrates, but there is a huge amount of vitamin E of two forms: vitamin E1, vitamin E2. Only this form is fully assimilated by the body and has a favorable effect on the skin, hair, nails, vision. Additionally, soybean oil is a source of calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, lecithin, polyunsaturated and saturated acids, linoleic, stearic, oleic and other acids.
