Leaders in the volume of purchases of Russian agricultural products — China ($7.6 billion), Turkey ($5 billion), Kazakhstan ($3.3 billion), Belarus ($2.8 billion) and Egypt ($2.5 billion). This was reported in the Ministry of Agriculture.
Last year, supplies to Indonesia grew most noticeably — 5.9 times, Bangladesh — 5.2 times, Tanzania — 4.1 times, Mexico and Yemen — three times, Kenya — by 96%, RT writes.
In total, Russian agricultural products were supplied to 150 countries in 2023. And at the end of the first half of this year, our country exported $20.4 billion worth of agricultural products to 160 countries, 90% of which fell to the share of friendly countries.
